Reporting an Off-Campus Scholarship

The Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships is required to include all scholarships in your financial aid offer. Please follow the instructions below to report off-campus scholarships.


Step 1:

Navigate to your Student Center in MyUNIverse. Under the Finances section, click on report additional aid

Step 2:

Next, click on aid year 2027 if you want to report a scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year (includes Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027)

Step 3:

Then, click on report additional aid in yellow

Step 4:

Click on the drop down menu’s accordingly:

Awards = Other
Type = Scholarship
Description = Scholarship Name
*Click add another award if you need to report multiple scholarships
Click save once all scholarships have been reported
