Visits for Transfer Students

We offer two visit options for transfer students: Daily Visits and Panther Visit Days. See below for the specific details and offerings of each visit. No matter which option you choose, you're bound to get the full UNI experience that we're so proud to provide our visitors. We're excited to welcome you to campus!
If an individualized, more condensed visit is what you had in mind, a daily visit might be right for you. These visits typically include:
- One-on-one appointment with transfer admissions counselor
- Campus and dorm tour (optional)
- Academic session (September - April)
Panther Visit Days
These are our full-day, larger events. We even offer ones with specific focuses in the fall. These visits typically include:
- Admissions and scholarships presentation
- Campus and dorm tour
- Meal at one of our dining centers
- Academic session
- Student panel discussion and Q&A
- Browsing fair with various departments, such as Financial Aid & Scholarships, Housing & Dining and Student Involvement

If you're an admitted student who hasn't made your college decision and are seeking a closer, more in-depth look at UNI – this is your visit. Learn about your next steps, get your questions answered and see what your life would be like as a Panther.

A special visit experience that's only for students looking to transfer to UNI. The visit includes:
- Admissions and scholarship presentation
- Campus and dorm tour
- Meal at one of our dining centers
- Academic session
- Student panel featuring current students who previously transferred
- One-on-one appointment with transfer admissions counselor
