Congratulations and welcome to the panther family! Your next step: accept your offer (for undergraduate degree-seeking students only).

Complete the Housing Contract.

UNI Housing & Dining provides an all-inclusive campus living experience. Students who plan to live on campus should submit their contract early. 

Prepare for Orientation.

International orientation is required for all incoming international students. Information is sent by email  regarding arrival dates, orientation schedule and more.

Apply for your student visa. 

If you have received your I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility), please visit pay the SEVIS fee and to begin your visa application.

Take the ALEKS Exam.

All first-year undergraduate students are required to complete the online ALEKS math placement exam prior to orientation.

Office of International Engagement (OIE)

The Office of International Engagement is focused on supporting and offering comprehensive services to international students. You'll receive pre-arrival and orientation support from them. Other services include English language instruction through the Culture and Intensive English Program (CIEP), Immigration status advising, and various cross-cultural events, celebrations and field trips.
