A career in student affairs provides a path to meaningful, important work with college students. Through the Department of Educational Psychology, Foundations & Leadership (EPFLS), a master’s degree in postsecondary education: student affairs prepares you to begin or further advance your career.

Graduate Funding Requirements:
- Students must complete and submit the Graduate College Assistantship Application and the Graduate College Scholarship Application form by February 1st.
- Admitted students will be offered an opportunity to participate in I-Day, which is an interview process for graduate assistantships through the department.
