Self-Reported Academic Information

Do not estimate. Be sure to report your cumulative GPA on a 4-point scale. If your school provides more than one GPA (e.g. weighted GPA and non-weighted GPA), please use the best GPA. If your GPA is over 4.0 please report 4.0.
High School Course Work
For each area below, please let us know if you have or will complete these courses with a passing grade (D- grades or better) by the time you graduate from high school.
  • One unit = one year
  • Trimesters should be rounded up: count .5 unit for one trimester and 1 unit for two or three trimesters
  • Block schedules: One block is the equivalent of one year
  • College courses take while in high school should be counted the same as high school courses

Examples include: literature, compositions, speech, debate or any other college-prep course that satisfies your high school's English requirement.

Examples include: algebra 1, geometry, agebra 2, trigonometry, pre-calculus, integrated or sequential math, statistics, or any other college prep course that satisfies your high school's mathematics requirements. High school level courses completed in middle school can be counted.

Examples include: biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, physical science, environmental science, anatomy and physiology, or any other college prep course that satisfies your high school's science requirement.

Examples include: American history, global studies, western civilization, European history, civics, government, geography, economics, psychology, sociology, or any other course that satisfies your high school's social science requirements.

Foreign language is not required for admissions, however, two units of the same language in high school with a C- or better in the last course you took will satisfy a UNI graduation requirement.
