Be a Teacher Day at UNI
Were you made to teach?
Have you always wanted to work with younger kids? Or do you prefer older students? Do you enjoy helping others understand many subjects? Or are you looking for a way to share your passion in specific subjects -- say, science, math, music, history?
Or perhaps there was that one teacher who inspired you. And you want to do the same.
We have just what you need. Join us at Be a Teacher Day at UNI on October 11!
For students interested in teaching at the early childhood, elementary, middle or high school levels. Activities begin at Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center.
The events planned on this day will give those interested in becoming an educator a chance to learn more about our outstanding teacher education program. This day includes an opportunity to speak with faculty about your academic interests, time to talk with current UNI students, a group session concerning admission requirements, financing your college education, and living on campus, an optional campus tour, and lunch at one of our dining centers.
